1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing a digital license through ZWCH Shop ("we", "us", "our") via our Telegram bot (@zwchshope_bot), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not complete the purchase.
2. Product Description
ZWCH Shop offers digital access licenses for Google Gemini Pro, distributed through authorized channels. The license grants 18 months of access to Gemini Pro features via a personal activation link provided directly to you after purchase.
3. Payment
All transactions are processed through Telegram's native payment system. Payment is a one-time charge of €10.00. No recurring billing occurs. Payment is due before the activation link is delivered.
4. Delivery
Your activation link is delivered instantly to your Telegram chat after payment confirmation is received. Delivery typically occurs within seconds of payment.
5. Refund Policy
- Refunds are accepted within 24 hours of purchase, provided the license has NOT been activated.
- Once the activation link has been used, or 24 hours have elapsed since purchase, the sale is final and no refund is issued.
- To request a refund, contact @zwchshope_bot immediately after purchase.
6. License Terms
- Each license is valid for one (1) Google account only.
- The license is non-transferable and may not be resold or shared.
- Access expires after 18 months from the activation date.
7. Limitation of Liability
ZWCH Shop is not responsible for service interruptions or changes made by Google to the Gemini Pro product. We provide legitimate activation links; actual service functionality is governed by Google's terms.
